LEARNING IN THE 21st CENTURY: 2009 TRENDS UPDATE isn’t just any report. In collaboration with Blackboard Inc., national education nonprofit Project Tomorrow examines survey data from more than 335,000 K-12 students, teachers, administrators and parents from across the nation. Just think about that. Such a survey is nearly unprecedented in the history of surveys, and is certainly one of the largest surveys about ed tech in existence. Highlighting how students are using technology to become “free agent learners” and the increasing demand for online learning, the report provides insight into real-world current challenges for teachers and administrators, and what students really think about technology, learning and other key issues. This report is the third in a series. Download the first two from the Blackboard website; find this third report at Project Tomorrow.
